What is the return policy?
Every first bottle is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Try it for 30 days from delivery. If it isn't working for you, email info@longplaywellness.com with your order number and we'll refund that product in full. Nothing to ship back. The guarantee covers one bottle of each product per customer; anything that arrives damaged or incorrect is replaced or refunded regardless. Full details in the refund policy.
Is anything final sale?
Not on a first bottle. Repeat bottles of the same product fall outside the 30-day guarantee, but if anything arrives damaged or wrong we replace or refund it, no questions asked.
When will I get my order?
We ship from the US and email you tracking the moment your order leaves. Delivery time depends on your location; the options and estimates for your address show at checkout.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the United States, with every enzyme listed by its activity unit and no artificial fillers.
How much does shipping cost?
